Weak Urine Flow

Asked for Male, 24 Years

On November 16 2023 I had oral sex with my partner but sperm did not came out after sex. So I came home and masturbated. After masturbating I realised my urine flow got weak. Consulted two medicine specialist both prescribed antibiotics. I took full course but urine flow is still weak. Everytime I masturbate I need to go to toilet 6-7 times and my urine flow becomes more weak after masturbation. Then consulted one urologist. He did RGU XRAY, ULTRASOUND,UROWFLOWMETRY, URINE CULTURE, URINE ROUTINE, EVERYTHING IS NORMAL. he prescribed me some medicines, took them urine flow started to get good then again I masturbated and urine flow became weak again. Pls help me solve this problem.
