Wax strip on underarm

Asked for Female, 16 Years

I used wax strip on my armpit about 3 months ago. I cleaned my armpit with soap and water am I waxed my armpit and it turns reddish patch. A week later, I noticed that my armpit has a dark rectangular patch and I know that it is because of the wax strip. I really want tl remove it. How can I remove this?
