Hello,
After 21/2 months vaccination, my baby (now 3 months) was prescribed iron (0.4ml). After consuming it for 2 days, baby started pooping blood. Unsure of what’s causing the issue, we did a stool, urine & blood test. The doctor said it could be lactose intolerance and advised to start Nutramigen. This formula is very difficult to find in the market and we haven’t started giving the baby yet. However, we stopped iron and started 5 days of probiotic. Now, the stool is mustard yellow and there’s no blood. I don’t know if stopping iron did the work or taking probiotics.
However, now my concern is her stool is watery. Any advice?
