Watery motions

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My son is one and half month old he passes little little watery motions twice or thrice in a hour and proper motions twice or thrice a day. I also gave him nutmeg but no use . Doc suggested Rinifol entire bottle finished since last week .but no improvement. since he passes that watery motion might be 3 to 4 drops with stool.
