  4. Watery and foamy stools. Alternative!

Watery and foamy stools
My daughter which is 4 months, is having watery and foamy stools from last 10 days,  doctor gave enterogermina and z and d plus drops, we have conducted reducing substance stool test, it came positive. Doctor asked to stop breastfeeding and give isomil, but i don't want to stop breastfeeding. Please suggest any alternative

It usually is temporary after viral infection can go after 10 days use Yamoo drops
