Water vomiting post stent removal and done PCNL surgery .Done with fresh USG and CT-SCAN KUB PLAIN both done twice and RFT-KFT check-up was everything normal but again nausea and discomfort and fever with chills

Get done urine routine and culture sensitivity... start antibiotics as per culture report...consult urologist as well.
