Water sag broken at 28 week
At 28 weeks of pregnancy, my wife's water broke and its fluid leaked. He is currently undergoing treatment at a hospital. Please advise whether the pregnancy can continue until 37 weeks or whether to give birth immediately. What is the risk if delivery is delayed? Can a 28-week-old baby born prematurely survive? She has the multiple fibroids and the blood pressure 90/140 21 week scan report is attached.

Please ask the doctor who is attending to your wife. I am sorry to say that this lack of trust in your doctors is the main cause of Doctors bashing in India. When someone is treating her and you have doubts about the treatment please change the Doctor. Even we should not give opinions in an emergency situation like this because it may create problems for the treating Doctor.

Follow advice of treating doctor. Keep faith in your doctor. Without seeing real case one can't comment on old scan and narrated history

You have to follow your gynecologist advice. Telephonic consultation is not going to help. Yes pregnancy can continue till 37 weeks but it has to fulfill certain important criteria. She needs tonbe admitted in the hospital for monitoring
