My baby girl is now 6 months 21 days. Started giving solid foods ... What is the exact amount of water (in ml please)that should be given in a day.

At this age give just 2 solid meals a day including curds and bananas in the diet in addition to whatever you prepare at home. Give 4 milk feeds including one top formula feed using a spoon and katori. Follow solid meals with 5-6 spoons of water.
