  4. Water comes through ear. What to do?

Water comes through ear
It's been 3 year, water like smelly liquid comes through my ears. After a month or so ear gets clogged due to it. I usually go to IIT Bombay Hospital. There doctors cleans my ear. Gives some medicines. But it's seems doesn't work. What to do?
