Water bobbles on body and legs

Asked for Female, 10 Years

My daughter age 10 years, last two have seen few water bobbles on legs, due to this she is getting itch and bit of pain...in fact she had an issue like, if she use detol etc...skin has an elargy issues... Please suggest
