Hello dear, 1.Mention which type of flour you want to add in water. 2.There are lots of rich sources of protein like milk, paneer , pulses etc. 3. You can take protein powder in milk to increase protein intake, but all foods should be in balanced amount. To gain your health goals in a better way get your body composition analysis ( muscles mass check, fat mass ,body fat percentage) etc.
