Washing burn wounds
I had a burn injury due to hot water spilling on my leg, below the knee. It's been a week and the blister popped out too. There's no serum left in the wound but its still not dry. I'm using Silverex ointment, which is forming layers on the wound. Can I wash/clean away the old ointment with water before applying the ointment again? And is it fine for the upper layer to not totally dry out within a week?
