Warts on neck over all

Question

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Earlier 8 yrs back I suffered from jaudince yellow fever...after body gradually started Changing it's colour body weight also increasing..but iam healthy in sense of no blood pressure, diabetes. I doubt of thyroid but many times when I go diagnoses of test.. everything is normal..so unable where iam going on wrong.
