Dear sir / mam I have a  small  wart on my forehead which is growing gradually. Please tell me about remedy .

Wart can be removed by a procedure called radio-frequency by applying local anaesthesia cream on the wart for half an hour before the procedure. You need to visit a doctor personally to get it done However if the wart is small, it can be removed by applying a salicylic acid based cream. You need to send picture of your wart by online consultation for proper guidance
