Warts in my face and body

Dear doctor, I have a wart in my face and body. I used to go to dermotalagist they will burn it with some instrument. But some days it will come again in same place or near by. Every time I need to spend 2000 for it.. It's a big amount for me. Is there any medicine to ride out the wart. Am OK with any type of treatment

Unfortunately there is no effective treatment other than electocautery which you are undergoing at present. Avoid shaving in the saloon and don't share towels. If you could just trim instead of shaving it would help in preventing the new lesions .
