Warts in left cheek

Asked for Male, 35 Years

What is the treatment for warts? I have developed one in my cheek and using thuja q soaked in a cotton and applying on it daily 2 times for the last 1 week. additionally im taking 10 to 12 drops in a half cup of water twice a day for the last 1 week.Dont know whether its working on it or not. Pls suggest
