Warts (genital ) and other warts

Asked for Male, 28 Years

3 small warts around the neck and one in the lower abdomen. Once in a time, the abdominal wart injured and the blood spread the warts to the shaft of the penis.now 3 to 7 warts( Very small) are seen in the penile shaft. is there any treatment for this. I am very disappointed,what treatment should i take to remove this warts from the private parts.?
