Warts at the neck hairlin

I am facing problem of warts on the neck hairline. Fuether there is a skin hardened patch developed at right peg also which is spreading slowly. Please advise good doctor and treatment

Greetings ! 1. You probably do not have warts - they are most likely skin tags that grow along the neck - this can be easily treated with radio frequency ablation 2.
