Wart on side of mouth

Hi, I've had a wart on the side of the mouth for quite a while now and it has hurt my self esteem terribly. Are there anyways I can get rid of it, preferably before September? Any aggressive forms of medicine that can remove it fast without leaving a mark or a scar would be amazing, thank you!
