Wart in right hand thumb nail

Asked for Female, 70 Years

My mother is suffering from wart in her right hand thumb nail. It is very painful...she got in surgically removed but ut reoccurred...now she is taking some homeopathic medicine but no such help. She is diabetic too.. i want to know if tbere is any permanent solution to this or not.
