Warmness in feet
Hi..i am 19 weeks pregnant. From the past 2-3 weeks i am feeling warmess under my feet. Though it is not painful i am really worried about this. I am a software engineer and sits for more than 9 hours a day. I am feeling slight pain in my upper thighs also while walking or moving on bed which is uncomfortable. Please suggest what might be the reason for this.

Hi, it could be because of biotin deficiency in Pregnancy. I suggest take Cap Becosules once a day for 15-20days. As well as Iron, Folic acid and other multivitamins as might be prescribed by your your gynecologist. Burning sensation in legs could be because of vitamin b12-b6 deficiency that occur in pregnant state due to increased nutritional demand. Hope it helps. Tc
