Warm or cold water
Cn we take medohar vati ND triphala guggulu wth normal water instead of warm water.. Because ☀ season no?? .. ND cn i take chawanprash at Evng tym? Plz reply to this topic only don't give another option plz plz

See it it will going to harm if u take with normal water...but i think u r taking these to reduce ur weight...one thing will happen that efficacy of these medicine will decrease if u taken with normal water n it will more helpfull if u take with luke warm water... U dont have to take with a hot water u have  to take with luke warm water in these summer season will not going to matter u... Instead if u want to dnt drink warm water do one thing boil water and allow hims to get nrml after getting nrml u can take these medicines.... Not nly for these medicines if u drink warm water nly with any medicine for 1 mnth it will helps to reduce ur weight... And chawanprash is a rasayana and it works better when we take on rasayana time...in Ayurveda rasayana time is in morning after u wake up from bed passing ur stool and having bath and then take on empty stomach...Because at that time ur pachak agni is very good so it wikk give u better result....

U have to take them with Luke warm water only .chawanprash twice morning , evening with warm milk.
