Warm body and feels sleepy

Asked for Male, 28 Years

My body becomes warm but temperature remain under 98.6. It remains for many days go away on its own. It repeats after few days. Cbc, thyroid, liver, choleastrol, widal all test normal. No other problem. Hb is 14gm. Why is this happening. Is it due to any deficiency?
