Want to remove acne scars
I have used acnovate gel and paknet c gel for acne...the acne have gone..but it left face with acnw scars..give me treatment for acne scar..i am follower of ayurveda...plz suggest me some treatment

At your age acne can be due to hormonal changes. Reduce spices , oily n junk food intake.Avoid constipation.start with Neem or manjistha tablets 1 bd.wash your face with homemade scrub like chana atta n pinch of haldi. For constipation Take Triphla churn 1tsp at night. Apply kumkumaadi tail in the night for scars or alovera pulp will also help.

Use Himalaya neemfacewash gel .
Use kumkumadi cream for pimples,scars on face
Also kumkumadi soap can be used for washing face.
Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits,greengram sprouts everyday.
Walk,yoga,exercise is the best
Avoid fastfoods bakeryfoods,non veg oilyspicy foods
