I am 37 years old and 5.2 height weight 70 kg,I am drinking lemon and honey water and did workout eventhough I didn't loos my weight how can I reduce my weight.i have a belly fat too much.please suggest me to get ride of this.

According to BMI your weight should be around 55-58 kg. Lemon honey water is not enough to reduce belly fat. You have to take some different type of detox water and also incorporate homemade fat cutter drink atleast 2 time a day add citrus food in your diet plan.
Only lemon & honey will not work for weight reduction.
For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening.

For a while u an follow following tips that may help you to some extent
1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain.
2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
