Too much wt u hv gain in one year. Provide me complete information of ur height, weight, physical activity and family history. Take small and frequent feeding. Don't skip ur breakfast. Dinner should not be after 8pm or before 2hrs going to bed. Start early morning brisk walk for 30min.in between gap of main meal take roasted Chana, buttermilk, fruits and raw vegetables.
