Want to loose 12 kgs
Dear doctor sahab, I am 41 years old and 6 ft height and weight is 92 kgs. I am now facing problem of laziness and legament and knee pain. Look older too. I want to loose minimum 12 kgs to remain healthy. I am director lf a company and have schedule which requires long working hours. Normally i dont carry our exercise and daily walk is approx 4000 step. Help me how to loose weight. Regards Pragyesh Singh

First of all you have to avoid fried,sweets and junk foods. Drink lukewarm water in the morning. Reduce the rotis during the dinner. Take more of veg in any form---- veg soup veg juice cooked veg salad.You have to increase your steps to 8000/ day. TC
