Hello doctor.. my height is 5ft 11 and my weight is 76kg.. I still want to increase my weight.. what the diet plan I must follow.. so that I can gain weight before I join gym..so that I don't look thiny.. I take proper 2 times meal.. lunch and dinner..what else I should do..to increase my weight... please suggest me the diet plan like banana shake , milk, paneer, egg, etc that how i must follow that plan.. thanks

Muscle building can be done through exercise atleast 2 hrs in a day with proper diet. Foods are like three complete meal like chapatis, dal, veg and salads. Two meal in mid morning and evening snack. Introduce every foods like roasted peanut salad, sprouted salad, boiled chana salad, fruts daily
