Want to increase little weight
I have been 63 to 66 kg for a year now. I used to be 76 kgs once. Then I got hiatus hernia and I cut down on my meal portions and ended up reducing weight. But now I look under nourished and people keep asking me if I have some stress. Please help. I also follow a vegan diet.
