Proteins, carbohydrates and fats are called macro nutrients and they provide energy to the body. Increase your protein and healthy fats intake ( healthy fats includes nuts, seeds and fats from avocadoes and fish). You get proteins from meat, eggs, milk, dals and pulses. Do exercises that will help to gain weight
