Want to gain mass in breast
Ive been going to the gym I lost my chest fat and my weight is now 55kg and ive a height of 5.6.. I still hve fat in my lower body but v less in the upper body. Should I take proteinex to build muscle.. I want to lose lowerbody weight but gain mass in my breasts.. M confused that will proteinex help me to gain mass in my chest region but it looks v ugly.. What should I do?
