Want to do implant my one fromt tooth
I have done  CBCT of my tooth..doctor advise me for bone grafting.is it compulsory to do this process for implant. My CBCT report is attached.

You might have this missing tooth for long until now, because of which there's is thinning of the bone. Implant in itself is challenging and requires proper support with bone height and width. It is mandatory to go for a bone graft for the success of the treatment

Yes the bone present at the site for doing implant will hamper the success and bonding of implant with your natural bone...due to which Dr has advised to go for Bone graft so that it would be a successful and bonds to your natural bone
