My Son Got Gum Boil Side Of Tooth. Doctor Said Infection Is Too High We Cant Do RCT So We Need To Extract The Tooth & Perform Dental Implantation. So Suggest Accordingly If Any. I have attached scan below.

So this 2D rvg image shows a through and through perforation through the furcation of the tooth which is vital to be preserved to be able to perform and determine the success rate of the root canal treatment and here the case suggests poor prognosis as in tooth cannot be saved so extracting it and replacing it with a dental implant is the best way to go about it.

Hello Visit an endodontist and ask them to consult a Periodontist as well. Tooth can be given a try to save it. Extraction/implants are last option to be chosen.

Hello You can consult once with an endodontist, they are root canal specialists if possible give one chance if the tooth responds to the treatment well and good otherwise opt for extraction and plan for implant after few months

It needs multiple specialist and a prayer to the god if you want to save it,coz both the system of tooth is involved and need periodontist and endodontist team.

Hello, As seen from the x-ray, the tooth needs an extraction but implant cannot be done immediately in this case. We will have to wait for the area to heal.
