Want to consult regarding my pregnancy

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Doc has advised to do c section as grade 3 maturity is detected in recent ultrasound report.she is saying that blood circulation is less in baby but my baby is gaining weight from last ultrasound report Now I m 37weeks pregnant and my baby is also moving and all other reports are normal.kindly suggest what to do.
