Want diet plan for long running marathon
My age is 24 years male Wight 72 kg Height 5 feet 10 inch Daily activity- at morning minimum 4km run.daily I consume minimum 3 liter water and rest of thing is normal food like lunch and dinner chapati bhaji dal rice or non veg fish or chicken.
