Wanna increase weight
Due to Esophagitis and GERD I lost around 6 kg weight in early 5 months and now I don't want to loose more weight...I want to increase weight,my weight is 48 kg and in April it was 54 Kg ...I am eating well like I used to eat and my medical checkups revealed nothing...Like everything is fine then I could not understand why I am not gaining weight! I just stopped eating outside food and junk food completely like even I stopped taking chips from five months but I just want to increase weight...I want to again weigh 55 kg ! Please help me kindly... Suggest some medicines! My age is 19 years and height is 160 cm
