Sir/madam , I am 5'11 &100kgs is walking on threadmill is good for knees / joints .As I am over weight by 26kgs ,how many minutes I should do and can I do incline brisk walk on treadmill? And can I do cycling ? ?

Hi, Cycling & swimming will be good for you. As these activities are apparently non weight bearing activities or less weight bearing. Treadmill you should avoid.
