How is walking 1hr after dinner on treadmill 5kmph
It is very difficult to wake up in the morning so i dont do that.
I don't have any issue like hypertension etc

Don't walk immediately after food. After dinner, it's better to take only relaxing exercises like stretching, yoga. Brisk walking wud be recommended before dinner
It's not suggestive to workout after having food, that will cause indigestion and also decreases your metabolism .
It'll not help you reduce weight
Early morning is best for exercising, try sleeping early and waking up early in the morning.
