Vulgaris Acne
I have vulgaris acne from past 4 years I treated this with some medicine or some salicylic based cream.but it won't work my last dermatologist suggests me a medicine called isotroin but the use of this medicine makes my skin worst

It's given depends on the severity...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Isotretinoin will initially cause a flare up acne...but it'll help if you continue taking...as long as your blood tests are normal...please followup with your doctor... isotretinoin is the best treatment if you have grade 3 more more acne
