I have pain in Abdomen pain since 2 days and I consulted a doctor and ultrasound scan report it’s 6mm calculus in VUJ. Shall I go to surgery or any other treatment for medicine

You can try medication only when you have minimal pain, that's tolerable pain. Cap. Tamfil S once a day for 7 days might help in expulsion of calculus. If you have Pain, fever or deranged renal function , need a ureteroscopy.
