Its been 3 months i have been taking these medicine which doctor prescribed me for hives i use to get after hot bath , so he told me to take for 2 months now i don't get it
Should i leave it as , doctor is not in town or should take it alternative day and stop?

Ideally better to taper before fully stopping,atleast another month.My advise is to please take it once in 2 to 3 days,and try to consult with your previous doctor for followup.
