I get a feel like vomiting while eating food which makes me unable to eat more. I have medium typhoid , and I have been taking the medicines Zenflox Plus , Paracetamol and Omez Gas as prescribed by the Physician.
Can I use some Vomit Tablet's too ,if yes please let me know the tablet or what should I do to make it go away.

8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit.

10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time
Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gym etc.
