  4. Vomitings. I do pls give me suggestions

Vomitings.
Hello doctor my son 10 months old now. From last week he doing vomitgs after feeding only. Baby is active doctor prescribe ondivom syrup 2ml and cefixime 6ml for day. Iam using from last 2 days . But there is no improvement still baby vomit the food when he eat the food only. Baby motion and urine every thing normal except vomit after thr food pls doctor wt can i do pls give me suggestions🙏
