Vomitings due to smell

Asked for Male, 24 Years

My father came back from hospital after 7 days of pneumonia treatment.Now, his smell sensitivity increased.He is maintaining hanky to stop smelling.Home smell is making him to vomit.He became more sensitive that without covering his nose he cannot have a cup of water also.If not,vomit will come.What is this condition and how it can be cured?
