Symptoms seem to be exaggerated. If you are really suffering so much for two days please get admitted to a Hospital for IV Fluids and other supportive treatment. All investigations will be done in a day. Please remember that vomiting can be due to eating stale food, or due to Liver or Kidney disease, or High BP, or even a Brain tumor.

Did you eat outside food? Is the giddiness associated with vomiting? Does your head spin leading to vomiting? A detailed history is needed to ascertain anything. Consult at your convenience.
