Vomiting sensation. Any other issue?

Hi. I had a natural abortion on 30th may 2019. 4 days heavy bleeding. Then I had spotting on 28 th June. No periods till now. I am having vomiting sensation since 3 days. It feels as if vomiting is coming from bottom of my stomach but it doesn't happen. I get stomach and lower abdomen pain after that. I became very sensitive to smells. But now the position is too bad. There is lot of vomit sensation. I am not able to bear any smell. I hear beep sound in my ears since 15 minutes. I have thyroid also. I am using thyronorm 25 mcg. Previously I used to have 12.5mcg. when tested 1 month ago thyroid was 5.1 so doctor suggested 25mcg. I am using it regularly but when tested yesterday it is 7. I also had CBP . RBC and WBC both are high. I am attaching the reports. Please suggest me something. Because of this stomach pain I am getting tensed. Am I pregnant? If yes, is it again going to be a miscarriage with this stomach pain? Or is there any other issue?
