Can I take duvadilan retard 40 mg?
Can I take duvadilan retard 40 mg from week 15 of my pregnancy onwards? I have a history of one preterm delivery at 23 weeks. Is it enough to ensure no premature contractions? I've been advised to take one capsule once a day. How long does one pill work for? And how long does it take to take effect?

Only if you have preterm contraction’s in this pregnancy You may be advised to it under supervision Also you need to get serial scans for cervical length and to decide if you might need a prophylactic cervical stitch in this pregnancy Consult if you need detailed information
