Hello Sir, my son came on last tuesday night. he was having cough and cold. You prescribed maxtra for cough and mucoliute LS for cold. though it has been reduced but he is not having properfood. always feeling like vomitimg. Could you pease suggest

If mild,give just steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
Use paracetamol for fever.
