Vomiting since last night (3 times)
My child is vomiting since last night almost three times with a low grade fever. Pls advise if I can give vomikind if so pls advise on the dosage. I ll take him to nearby paed. I wanted to have this first aid done before going to clinic.

The first step now is to assess for dehydration which can only be done by in person examination. Meanwhile for vomiting to stop you can give the medicine just once , and to tell the dose need some more details like what is the age and what is the approximate weight of your child.
