Sir I have been vomiting since 2 days...nd severe headache along with uneasyness...i went to a doctor but he was also confused since I m negative for malaria....i m felling very weak nd taking some medicines right now...for vomiting nd headache

You seem to be having signs of dehydration.
The best would be to get few injections and infusion of ringer lactate.
But if you want home treatment, than take plenty of fluids, ORSL thrice daily. Cap Pan D twice daily.
Tab Oflox-Oz twice daily after meals
But as I said before, best is few bottles of ringer lactate and injections
